This is a charming little hotel located a few blocks from the bus station and just a short walk from the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main high street, where you’ll find a few restaurants. There’s a pleasant walk around the peninsula, and the hotel offers bikes for hire if you want to explore further. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is organized into three sittings, and you’ll be asked to select your preferred time. The rooms are of a decent size, but the bathroom in ours was quite small and cramped. A nice option for a short, beach-focused stay.

The location was great, near the bus station if you arrive in Punta del Este by bus. Near the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend it if you want a clean, simple, 3* hotel. It was perfect for me!

The rooms were all I needed. I had a comfortable bed, a nice closet to unpack my bag into and a great shower - what more could I ask for. The staff were friendly and I found it super helpful that there was always someone who could speak a bit of English! Everything I did was in walking distance and at night, the rooms were quiet enough that I had no problem sleeping at all!

The location was superb, near nearly everything we wanted to do. Close to restaurants, stores, fast food places, walking distance to other major restaurants/bars of the area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast exceeded expectations - do not expect eggs and other hot dishes, but the variety of breads, cold cuts was great, coffee was good, there were yogurt and juice options as well.

Excellent value for money, the staff were very friendly and the room was a good size. The bathroom was big and clean, and the bed was really comfy.

Great location, modern room and awesome hot shower. The on-site bike rental is awesome as it’s a nice Specialized bike with a lock (no helmet provided)

Relaxed atmosphere, very helpful reception staff. So close to everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom facilities good too.

Superb location, close to everything. Sparkly clean, I looooved sleeping on IRONED sheets. It was quiet and perfect for my one night there. Breakfast was typical Uruguayn: cold cuts, cheese, bread, pastries. I appreciated having hot water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Florinda again.

lovely hotel ! the location is really great there are many good restaurants near by. the stuff was so nice ! the room was clean, the bad was comfortable and everything was good !
